Organised by TV producer Chloe Avery this event is designed to showcase the best foods that Scandinavia has to offer- chefs such as Valentine Warner will be demonstrating a range of delicacies through cooking, baking and preserving demos, helping people to understand more about Scandinavian food culture in the process.
